Title
Appropriate combined security and reversal of the patient in hospital and care beds. Field of the invention
The invention relates to a rail (14) cf. Fig. 8 combined with known person turning technique. On the reverse system (15) integrated rail (14) cf. Fig. (8) Foldable with reverse system (14) and released through the pivots (II, 12) cf. Fig. 7 integrated lock functions.
Operating the reverse function can be done via the fixed-mounted control panel, hand or foot operation.
Side rail (14) ensures the patient from falling out of bed and comply with the requirements for safety distances and squeeze the risks of default and extended care and hospital beds.
Background Art
The famous turn technique is described in utility model protection BA201300197 dated 20th December 2013. The unit may consist ofa management, fixed control panel, hand control, foot control, height adjustment bracket, sheet rolls, party sheet, turning sheet and rail. The function takes place by means of a turning aid mounted on two drive rollers located in the longitudinal direction of the bed on each side of the bed. The patient is upstairs vendelagnet that action on the control panel, hand or foot control moves in the desired direction. On the mattress under the vendelagnet is mounted a party sheet, which is fastened to the bed lying surface with the straps is provided with a velcro strap.
To ensure the patient from falling out or getting caught when reversing function is disabled, raised side rails to the locked highest position. Turning function can be both raised and recessed side rails.
The technical problem to be solved
Used this person turn the system on an extended care or hospital should someone turn the system could be extended towards the extended end of the bed until the prescribed safety distances are observed.
The locking function is composed of four locking two and two are located at opposite ends of personal turning system. The new technique

The locking mechanism consists of four pivot points (II, 12) cf. Fig. 7 placed locks (2,4,7,9) see. Fig.l. The technical effect
The side rail (3) is an open tubular construction wherein an extension (l) is mounted cf. Fig. 1. This means an easy length adjustment when using the system in extended care or hospital beds and thus an easy adaptation to current safety during assembly. This increases the safety for the patient.
The locking mechanism consists of four in the two pivot points (II, 12) placed the lock (2,4,7,9) see Fig. 1. These locks are located closer to the center of the system which means that caregivers can reach all the locks from the same position in the center person turning the system. When both lock around the focal point of the desired change should be triggered, this means improved safety for the patient while the caregiver does not need to move away from the patient. The use of personal turning the system will be perceived easier for staff and safer for the patient.

Fig. 3. working position B and the lower lock (7.9) as used in the injection system for exit from bed cf. Fig. 5. working position C is displaced to each other whereby pinching risk between upper and lower locking significantly reduced.
The lock is a spring-loaded design that strength, it can absorb large loads. The spring loading gørat lock (2,4,7,9) can not be accidentally open which means increased safety for the patient.
Side rail (14) and return system (15) jvf.fig. 8 are located at a sharp console (LO) which also højdejusteringsbeslaget (8) and seat unit (13) jvf.fig. 1 is mounted. The powerful console (LO) serves two functions. First, it ensures the console to comply with safety distances when using the high mattresses in the bed which require high location of the person turning the system. Secondly, it ensures the console (Lo) to turn the person the system is not affected by forces from the bed handling a heavy patient. The console (LO) is provided with a leaf (6) by the application of extended care or hospital beds ensure compliance with the safety distances. Seat bench (13) is located on the center console and reduces the risk of injury to the patient when crossing.

Figure 9 & 10 shows rail extension (l) and console slides (6) respectively inside and extracted.
Exemplary embodiments lock (2,4,7,9) can be produced in mild steel, metal, or composite material the following function and durability into account. Clearance to the moving parts are met. Bed guard (3) and pull (l) acts as shielding the sheet roll (5) so safety distances are observed. May be produced in mild steel or metal. Sheet roll (5) can be made of steel or metal with diameter of Ø62 mm or less. Console (LO) and the extension (6) can be produced in mild steel or metal. Height adjustment bracket (8) can be produced in mild steel or metal.
Bench seat (13) may be prepared in sheet steel, metal, or composite material.

Claims (10)
[1] 1. Personal Reversing System for hospital and care beds containing control, control panel, hand control, foot control, height adjustment bracket, sheet rolls, party sheet, turning sheet, bed rails, extension extraction and seat bench is new by replacing a headlock containing two locks with two individual continued spring loaded locking (2.4 ) for circular motion placed so it can be operated from a position around the center of the person turning the system cf. Fig. (1) so the lock never inadvertently be found in unlocked mode and not udgøren entrapment by injection. Activation of the turn system can be made by turning on a fixed panel, a hand or foot control.
[2] 2. Personal Reversing System according to claim 1, characterized in that the rail (14) and console (LO) can be extended via extraction (l, 6) see. Fig.9.
[3] 3. Personal Reversing system according to claim 1 characterized in that the locks (2,4) are placed offset relative to the latches (7.9) cf. Fig.l.
[4] 4. The personal Reversing system according to claim 1 characterized in that the locks (2,4,7,9) are made as spring-loaded lock housing for engagement with the circular motion in one or more positions.
[5] 5. Personal Reversing system according to claim 1 characterized in sheet roll (5) is located in the working position A when the person turning the system is locked in the starting position cf. Fig. 2
[6] 6. Personal Reversing system according to claim 1 characterized in that the sheet roll (5) into the working position B, cf. Fig. 3 when the rail (14) folded down around the upper pivot (II) see. Fig.7.
